Great location with see and mountain view; very good facility, well maintained and clean swimming pools, gym, wonderful entertainment team specially for children, very good selection of food in different restaurants; snack and drinks stations at multiple locations keeping you hydrated all day long. Wonderful and helpful stuff in every area. Despite the resort's location at the base of a mountain, they have made it so accessible to child strollers and we appreciated it so much whenever we strolled our children around. The animals in the barns are also nice addition to the experience. Highly recommend for a relaxing family vacation!

The entire resort was great. Lots of amenities, great location, bus stop directly across the road, multiple pools, mini markets, stores etc. Several choices for dining. Multiple pools, lots of space for the entire family. Staff were incredible. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely return again. Staff were the highlight, super helpful and nice. As with any buffet, some items were a little hit and miss. Although, this also depends on personal taste. Having said that, there is so much choice and variety that this was not an issue at all.

Very big well designed resort with endless options and activities. You can easily just spend the entire week at the hotel. Good food and plenty of options all inclusive. It was fully booked but never felt crowded. Great animation team and lots of fun stuff to do for kids of all ages. Many different pools with different bars and fabulous views of the sea. Also just a short walk down the hill to the main road with shops, go-carting and a bay with some nice small beaches and a partially paid beach club with various options.

Absolutely the nicest staff ever! I've never met more friendly hotel personnel in my life. The hotel itself it's beautiful, well taken care of. The facilities are clean, nothing to complain about. We also didn't have any problems with sun beds by the pool or umbrellas- plenty available any time of the day (september trip) We were also happy with the food options- nice variety in the restaurants, there is always something to choose from and my definite favorite was the dessert selection! All inclusive cocktails were also good but just a shame that for basic drinks like Pina Colada you need to pay extra (that goes against the all inclusive idea in my opinion)

We loved our stay in the resort from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was quick and room we got was spotless and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious. We tried the expansive buffets, the à la carte restaurants, and the snack bars. The variety and quality were outstanding everywhere. The all-inclusive drinks were flowing and the bartenders were not only skilled but also super friendly. The grounds were immaculate, the pools were amazing. Absolutely worth it! We will definitely come back!

Excelent all inclusive services. Food quality improved over the last 2 years. Clean room and nice place to spend a few relaxing days. The 50m long olympic pool is our preferred. Mini disco in the evening and entertainment team throughout the day for all ages. Baby sitting from 10.00 to 18.00 was highly appreciated!

The hotel had everything we wished for: so many different pools including an Olympic one, great food (in the main restaurants) and also in the 2 ones that are open the whole day. In these two you can have sandwiches, paninis, fruit, salad, yoghurt etc. The night animation was great, there was first a mini disco at 20:30 for the children and then every night a different show. We loved it. The all inclusive drinks were of good quality and non-alcoholic drinks like water and juice as well as wine and beer were disposable every time at the machines.

I praise the hotel's food selection, there were a lot of fresh things, different salads and fruits. New dishes were offered at every meal. It was very nice by the pools that there were always free chairs, no one left their towels on the chairs all day without using them.

The resort was beautiful, all the pools were nice, the staff were friendly, everything was clean, the rooms were comfortable, the kids were so happy! There is a supermarket close by and they have everything you need even souvenirs. We walked to the beach it’s like 12 minutes, the beach was also nice. We really had a great time!
